Sort lumber according to grade markings and size: remove boards from sorting table, hand truck, or conveyor and stack in piles or place boards in rack or on conveyor, according to grade marking, length, or use of boards

Gauge length of boards by sight, by marks on sorting table, or by measuring with rule - Edge and Face Gluing

May remove defective lumber from conveyor and stack lumber according to grade, length, species, and color

Continually lift up to 60-100lbs

Stand all day

Continually twist/bend

Endure outdoor weather elements (work is in a covered warehouse that is not climate controlled)

Load and offload lumber products to/from machinery and verify material meets customer requirements and company expectations

Move and secure lumber products and other materials according to instructions

Stack finished products according to predetermined bundle sizes and/or customer requirements

Continually lift, move and flip up to 30lbs

Stand all day

Continually twist/bend

Work safely in an industrial environment and follow all the safety rules and responsibilities

Have experience or education in Electrical and Hydraulics.

Have the ability to read building and machine prints.

Have the ability to use precision measuring devices.

Have the ability to read and understand technical manuals.

Lift or move up to 50 pounds unassisted on a frequent basis, occasionally up to 75lbs.

Regularly required to talk, hear, see, and read.

Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl and climb regularly

Working at heights of 10 feet or higher, operating lift devices and entering confined spaces

Have at least 5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance or equivalent field.

Have the ability to read and utilize illustrated parts breakdown manuals, blueprints, electrical diagrams, hydraulic diagrams, and operation manuals in the repair, modification and maintenance of equipment.

Be proficient in 3ph electrical wiring and troubleshooting; building and maintaining electrical cabinets, motor starters, contactors, relays; hydraulic pump and cylinder diagnostics and repair; plc diagnostics, programing, and repair.

Have the ability to read building and machine prints.

Have the ability to use precision measuring devices.

Poses the ability to read and understand technical manuals.
